Small studio.
Senior bench. Real outcomes.
Codnit is a deliberately small, senior-only software studio. We refuse to grow into a body shop — instead we stay lean, work on a handful of projects at a time, and take total ownership of what we ship.

What we believe
Software is a craft
before it's a product.
We started Codnit because we kept getting pulled into rescue jobs — projects sold by big agencies, built by juniors, and quietly handed off before the bills came due. We thought there was a better way.
Our bet: fewer projects, senior people, no offshore overflow. It's slower to scale a studio this way. It also produces software that lasts five years instead of one.
We work with founders and operators who care about the same things we do: how the code is structured, how the database is designed, how the team will be onboarded after we leave. If that's you — let's talk.
Our values
Three things, non-negotiable.
Excellence is a default, not a tier.
We don't have a "good enough" version. The price changes; the standard doesn't.
Transparency in everything.
Real timelines, real progress, real risk. Sometimes that means delivering bad news early — we'd rather lose the project than the relationship.
Partnership, not procurement.
We're picky about who we work with — and we expect to still be working with you in five years.

Where we are
Austin, Texas — but happy to fly anywhere real.
Most of our work is remote — Slack channel, Friday demos, monthly on-sites. But we love being in a room with a whiteboard, and we'll travel for kickoffs, launches, and any time the team needs us in person.
Want to talk?
We'd love to hear about it.
