1 · Acceptance

By accessing or using codnit.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2 · Use of the site

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with site operation; scrape content for republication; or use this site for anything unlawful. Reasonable browsing, sharing links, and copying short quotes with attribution is fine.

3 · Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, code, brand, imagery — is owned by Codnit, LLC unless otherwise noted, and provided for your personal, non-commercial review. Open-source content we publish elsewhere (GitHub, blog code snippets) is governed by its respective license.

4 · No warranty

This website is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. We aim for accuracy and uptime, but we don't guarantee either.

5 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codnit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Total liability is capped at $100 USD for site-related claims. Engagement-related liability is governed by the engagement contract.

6 · Engagement contracts

Paid work is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. Anything in this Terms of Service is overridden by the engagement contract for clients with active SOWs.

7 · Third-party links

We link to third-party sites (clients, tools, articles). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

8 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.

9 · Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
