1 · The program
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Codnit LLC about your inquiry, scheduled calls and project updates. Examples: confirming an intro call, a reminder before it starts, or a note that a project milestone is ready for review. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
2 · How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking the optional SMS checkbox on the project brief form at codnit.com/contact. The box is unticked by default, and you can send a brief without it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text.
3 · Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project, typically a few messages a month.
4 · Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.
5 · Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. END, QUIT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE also work. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START.

7 · Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8 · Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy for how we handle your data.
