What's a typical project timeline?
Most builds are 3–6 months. Phase 0 (discovery + strategy) takes 2–3 weeks; development runs 8–18 weeks depending on scope; QA + launch is 2–3 weeks. Anything shorter than that, we're probably the wrong fit.
How do you price?
Fixed price, fixed scope. We don't bill hourly — that creates the wrong incentives. Once scope is locked, the price doesn't move unless you change scope.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, mutual NDAs are standard. We'll sign yours, or send our short version if you'd prefer.
Who actually writes the code?
Senior engineers. We don't have juniors. We don't subcontract to offshore overflow shops. The person on the kickoff call is the person you'll see on Friday demos.
What happens after launch?
We hand over a thoroughly documented codebase, runbook, and a 30-day warranty on launch bugs. If you want us to stay on, we offer continuous partnership engagements.
Do you take equity / rev share?
Rarely, and only for specific bets we have conviction on. Default is cash.
